Asics continues to hit us off with dope new balance trainers versions of the Asics Gel Lyte 3. Collaborative releases with Ronnie Fieg have become so popular that the shoe sells out within second online. This latest colorway is a general release, and sports a predominantly black upper constructed from suede, leather, and mesh. Meanwhile, tan and mustard yellow accents add a bit of depth to the look, alongside the speckled midsole. The shoe is available now at Monox so check in with them for availability. The guys over at Asics have a pretty cool release planned. Here is a look at the upcoming Asics GT-Cool that is set to release in two new colorways and from the first glance these definitely look like something special. Popping up in either royal / navy or black / mint suede and mesh both pairs are bolstered by white for a complete look. The sneakers are set to release at select retailers on October 1 and will come with a complimentary cooler.

Emerging as one of the hottest brands of 2013, Asics grabbed Summer by the horns with this new mini-collection of the popular GT-II. The classic silhouette underwent a seasonal makeover, introducing two new balance 990 new bright options. Each one of the low-top runners has been treated with a combination of suede, nubuck, leather and mesh making them just as functional as they are fashionable.First up is a Navy Blue version of the Asics GT-II, featuring Fiery Red leather straps that run across the side panel. Touches of Grey are seen throughout the design, blending the two bold colors together asics kayano flawlessly. Next up we have a more muted version of the same silhouette, this time using White as a base color.

Finally the Extra Butter x Asics #DL5 hashtag has been explained. With obvious roots in Kill Bill we catch wind of a set of five silhouettes that have made the Death List via a slickly produced video. The first two models shown are the Asics Gel Saga Cottonmouth and Asics Gel Lyte 3 Copperhead which leaves three more themes to be explored. Stay tuned as we will surely find out more about the other silhouettes sooner than later. Blue and Orange weave through the upper, adding beautiful pops of color to the GT-II. Ronnie Fieg lets fly this close up of his latest Asics collaboration. The Asics Gel Lyte 5 gets a burgundy and hot pink nubuck and mesh upper in on this one and hits of cream cool things off a bit as an accent. Ronnie is known for his quality so its safe to say that these will fall right in line with anything else he s ever done but stay tuned for more images and info.The Asics GT II get out of line with this latest inline colorway. Packing a powerful punch of olive, red and black with a blend of suede and mesh accented by leather these are very hard to not imagine as a collaboration. Asics really knocked this one out of the park and you will be able to rock them at the park after they drop sometime in September.

After tweaking this color concept for the past few years, I am excited to finally present the Ronnie Fieg x ASICS  Flamingo Gel Lyte III. After a number of trials later, the ash grey nubuck that covers the apron and quarter was chosen to represent the color of flamingos before they turn pink. It s a grey mixed with beige, a hue of the flamingo s feathers which aren t always in clean conditions. The style is then mixed with the same grey mesh toebox and a grey mesh panel that s added under the salmon leather stripes.
